Eladio Diaz Before & After

Pasion Toro Single Cigar

https://www.dominiquelondon.ch/web/image/product.template/39700/image_1920?unique=8a58342

The Eladio Díaz Before & After Pasión Toro represents a crowning achievement within the first regular production line created by one of the tobacco world's most legendary master blenders. Having spent over thirty-five years driving production and establishing the standard for world-famous ultra-premium releases at the Davidoff Tabadom facility, Eladio Díaz launched his private family factory, Tabacalera Díaz Cabrera, alongside his wife and children to secure his personal independence.

The name of the collection serves as a direct timeline of the personal history of Díaz. The early phase acknowledges his initial decades spent as a regular factory worker refining the hands-on mechanics of rolling and sorting. The later phase reflects his transition into a world-renowned blender whose children now help preserve and extend his life's labor of love.

First Third: The cigar opens with an immediate aura of luxury, treating the palate to highly refined toasted cedar wood, subtle baking spices reminiscent of cinnamon, and a clean base of dry earth. The retrohale provides an elegant contrast, carrying smooth waves of white pepper and a faint, sweet natural tobacco quality.

Second Third: Transitioning smoothly into the center section, the overall profile turns significantly creamier and sweeter. Distinct characteristics of soft leather, rich nougat, and roasted almonds take the lead, while a light minerality appears briefly on the finish before fading cleanly into the background.

Final Third: The final third scales up in flavor depth, settling into a sturdy, full-bodied medium character. Deep, heavily toasted cedar wood and dark baker's cocoa harmonize beautifully with an increased black pepper component and an earthy foundation. The smoke remains velvety, ending with an extraordinarily clean and fragrant woodsy aftertaste.
