What sets this release apart is a minimum 360-day maturation period in specialized aging rooms, where constant humidity and temperature control soften the fire-cured harshness while intensifying the wood, peat, and spice flavors. It pairs exceptionally well with a double espresso, grappa, cask-strength bourbon, or a peated Islay single malt.
