It stands as a brawny, sophisticated alternative to the No. 9, tailored for enthusiasts who demand a heavy-bodied, artisanal experience with a slow, steady burn.
The Liga Privada T52 Toro opens with a bold surge of black pepper and charred oak, producing a dense, "chewy" smoke. This initial spice soon mellows into a savory core of rich leather and roasted nuts, underscored by a faint, molasses-like sweetness. As it progresses, the profile turns darker and more earthy, offering notes of unsweetened cocoa and espresso. The finish is long and robust, staying remarkably smooth with a distinct cedar woodiness that intensifies toward the nub.
