This cigar pays homage to the iconic British machine gun produced in Enfield, acclaimed as one of the finest light machines guns of World War II.
The Bren machine gun had its origins as one per rifle section but quickly became an invaluable asset for increased firepower. It was regarded as the principal weapon of an infantry section, providing most of its firepower. British troops held the Bren in high esteem for its reliability and combat effectiveness.
Yet, it is essential to remember that the power of the Bren machine gun was in the hands of its operators. Countless stories of courage, bravery, teamwork, and selfless commitment, combined with the effective use of this weapon system, played a pivotal role in turning the tides of battles and the course of the war. The Bren is indeed an impressive weapon system, but it was only as effective as the skilled and dedicated operator behind it.
Trident Military Cigars was founded in January 2019 by two veterans united by a shared passion for cigars, history, and the Armed Forces, with a vision to create a brand that supports those who serve, have served, and cigar enthusiasts alike. They are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable cigars for both newcomers and seasoned smokers, while honouring military history through storytelling embedded in their products.
