The expanded 60 ring gauge softens the intensity of Pepin’s signature pepper kick, allowing the blend’s creamier, smoother nuances to take center stage with rich notes of cafe au lait, toasted cedar, baking spices, dark cocoa, and earth. It pairs exceptionally well with a barrel-proof bourbon, an aged dark rum, or a creamy latte.

The Series VC is celebrated for its "Old World" profile, leaning into wood and floral notes rather than heavy earth.
First Third: Starts with a signature Pepín "pepper snap," but it quickly mellows into a dominant cedar and floral aroma. There is a light, honey-like sweetness on the lips.
