Wsc Robusto Single Cigar
The Davidoff Winston Churchill Original Series Robusto stands as a central pillar of the celebrated collection dedicated to honoring the multi-faceted character and legendary tobacco passion of Sir Winston Churchill. While other lines in the portfolio lean heavily on single-nation characteristics, the Winston Churchill series acts as a global passport, consciously uniting distinct micro-climates to capture the statesman’s historic travels and cinematic depth.
The architectural layout mounts a flawless, golden-brown Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a structural Dominican San Vicente binder leaf. This outer assembly houses a complex, multi-national long-filler puzzle that pairs smooth, highly aromatic native Dominican tobaccos with the subtly spicy, volcanic elements of Nicaraguan Seco crops harvested from Condega and Estelí. By emphasizing lower and mid-priming leaves, the blenders achieved a medium-bodied profile that prioritizes rich, layered aroma over aggressive raw power. Presented in elegant wooden boxes of 20 or convenient multi-packs, this daytime luxury serves as an excellent companion for an afternoon pause, pairing spectacularly well alongside a hot double espresso, a light single malt scotch, or a classic cup of Earl Grey tea.

First Third: The opening releases immediate, balanced refinement. Silky layers of fresh cedar wood, sweet cream, and roasted almonds coat the palate, accented by a very soft, fragrant floral sweetness and a touch of light pepper on the retrohale.
Second Third: As the session progresses into the main body, the flavor profile develops a deeper New World character. Prominent notes of rich leather, dark roasted coffee beans, and warm, mineral earth move forward, beautifully balanced by an emerging hint of baking spice.
Final Third: The finish gains excellent aromatic depth while preserving the blend's clean, creamy baseline. Heavy layers of bittersweet dark chocolate, oak timber, and a final wave of warming spice wrap around the tongue, leaving a remarkably polished aftertaste.
