Rocky Patel
Vintage 1999 Toro Single Cigar
As the mildest offering in Rocky Patel's acclaimed Vintage Series, the Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Toro is renowned for its silky profile and remarkable consistency. Draped in an iconic Connecticut Shade wrapper leaf harvested in 1999—the oldest true Connecticut wrapper used in the industry—it surrounds a complex blend of 7-year-aged Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers. The soft box-pressed Toro format provides excellent airflow and smoke volume without overpowering the palate, making it a benchmark mild-to-medium cigar for any time of day. It pairs magnificently with a morning cappuccino, a light blonde ale, or a dram of smooth Speyside scotch.

The opening light introduces ultra-smooth, creamy notes of toasted almonds, light cedar, and buttery vanilla. Moving into the second third, subtle layers of white pepper, subtle earth, nutmeg, and coffee with cream emerge, concluding with a crisp, clean finish of soft wood and delicate sweetness.
