Plasencia Cigars, the leading producer of premium cigars and the largest producer of tobacco in Central America, was awarded 1st place in a consumer cigar blind tasting held by Manuel’s, one of the finest and most renowned cigar shops in Zürich, Switzerland. The award was conferred for its Alma del Campo Tribu cigar, one of the company's first brand name cigars to be introduced to the market.

Plasencias goal is to use the best leaves of aged tobacco exclusively in their cigars leaving them in the hands of the best collaborators in the fields and artists of the factories.

The Plasencia Orchant Seleccion & Dominique Seleccion was born from the volcanic soil of Nicaragua. The volcanic Ometepe tobaccos in the binder and filler are instantly evident on the palate, producing earth, pepper, & charred wood notes that are balanced by the sweetness of the cigar’s Nicaraguan Jalapa wrapper

This blend is celebrated for its "smooth-yet-spicy" Nicaraguan character, offering a sophisticated sweetness.

  • First Third: Opens with a delightful creamy cedar and toasted almond profile. There is a distinct sweetness reminiscent of vanilla bean and a very light floral aroma.

  • Second Third: The flavor transitions into milk chocolate, roasted coffee, and a gentle baking spice (cinnamon/nutmeg). The Habano wrapper adds a touch of savory red pepper on the retrohale without being aggressive.
