The Romeo y Julieta Pirámides Añejados 2008 offers a smooth, medium-bodied experience shaped by years of factory box-aging. The cold draw hints at cinnamon and sweet brioche, opening into an initial third dominated by rich cedar, leather, and white pepper. The second third reveals complex layers of tangy fruit, toasted hazelnut, and warm nutmeg. The final third deepens with charred oak, dark chocolate, and earth, leaving a faint hint of sea salt on a refined finish. It is a beautifully balanced, velvety torpedo for the discerning palate.
