The experience begins with the signature Pepin pepper kick before settling into a harmonious, complex blend of cedar, roasted coffee, earth, baking spices, and cream. It pairs exceptionally well with a high-rye bourbon, a dark Nicaraguan rum, or a double espresso.

First Third: Starts with a signature Pepín "pepper snap," but it quickly mellows into a dominant cedar and floral aroma. There is a light, honey-like sweetness on the lips.
