The Tamdhu 21 Year Old is the crown jewel of the distillery’s core range, representing over two decades of patient maturation. It is aged exclusively in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks—a combination of first-fill and refill barrels sourced from the bodegas of Jerez, Spain. This Speyside single malt is bottled at 47.5% ABV to preserve its rich texture and is presented in its natural colour without chill-filtration. The result is a sophisticated, deeply sherried expression that balances the sweetness of American oak with the refined spice of European oak.

Nose: Rich and enticing; iced cinnamon rolls, orange boiled sweets, fresh sweet oak with raisins and a faint hint of mint.

Palate: Silky texture that coats the mouth with banana, berry jam, malt biscuit and classic sherry oak depth.

Finish: Pleasantly long and balanced with ground spice, dried fruit and soft Scottish tablet, finally unveiling the merest whisper of peat smoke.
