The cold draw gives off intense pre-light aromas of smoky oak, cured barbecue, malt, and dark cocoa. Upon lighting, the initial draws present bold notes of charred wood, roasted coffee beans, and dark peat peppered with a lively spice. As the burn line moves through the middle section, the micro-fermented wrapper softens the blend's natural intensity, yielding complex layers of dried fruit, bitter chocolate, leather, and sweet malt.
